First Day of School

Jenna's first day of Kindergarten went very well! She was very excited and had no anxiety whatsoever. She also discovered that a kid from her preschool was there. Jillian had a nice day too. She was excited to learn some of her other friends were in her class from last year and she said she made a few new ones too! I am hoping that they have a great school year!

Nolan's 2nd Birthday

Yep, the baby is now 2 years old...I guess he is not a baby, but now a toddler! He did enjoy his small family party. We had a dinosaur theme (something that he is into at the moment)...unfortunately, he hates when I have the camera out and is a bit difficult. Owell. I have to think less like a photographer during those moments and more like a mom with a camera! He wanted nothing to do with his gifts after opening his second one (an Elmo phone from Shelly and Terry) and wanted nothing to do with his birthday cake. PERIOD!

Dirty Laundry

I am so bummed that my sweet little baby won't let me take pictures of him! I did manage a few, only because I stuck him in my laundry basket!!!

Jillian's 8th Birthday

I almost didn't have a party for Jillian this year, but I'm glad that we did. She doesn't have many chances to be the center of attention. I am also thankful because we had most of the family together. I would have never dreamed it would have been the last family gathering with my father-in-law :( Anyway, enough with the sad stuff...Jillian had another pool party at Grandma and pa O's house...the weather was less than perfect, but it was nice not to be sweating either!

I've been a slacker

Yeah, I haven't posted here for the past few months...I found myself addicted to a new internet craze Facebook. I have posted pictures there :)....but I know that I have one major blog fan, my niece, Megan. So for her (and whoever else peeks in), I thought I'd post a few pictures from the past few months.

Computer Geek

Nolan is taking after his daddy and has become a bit obsessed with the computer. I did have it so he'd only hit the space bar. Now, as you can see, he just wants to go spazzy and hit them all!

BRACE Face

Jillian had her upper braces put on this week. She chose very girly purple and pink bands....She is so proud of them. I have people at work who have said they have never heard her talk, yet she is going up to them to TELL them and show her shiny teeth. I'm glad she has them now instead of when she is a teen and would be crying and complaining about them!

I know this video totally stinks. It is too dark and it is sideways (no matter what I did it wouldn't turn...it would on my computer, but not on blogger) Anyway, I just thought it was cute, even though I really should NOT encourage him!

Another new do!

Took Nolan for his first haircut today. HE was NOT happy about it. The poor girl had work around him while his face was buried in my chest. I miss his cute little curls, but now he looks like a big boy!

NEW Do...

Took Jillian a few weeks ago for a new do...she donated 8 inches to Children with Hair Loss...in this pic, it is a bit messy, but it is cute. She is growing out her bangs and this do blends a bit better.
