WE SUCK.

Only 4 hours before the home inspection was supposed to happen, I received a phone call stating that the guy who was buying my house got laid off from his job and can't get a loan. So we are again screwed. His fiance' was going to try to get the loan herself, but I have yet to hear about that. I should have known better to think that anything would work out for us. The only luck we have is BAD. Back to fucking open houses and keeping on our toes for a phone call asking for someone to come look and NOT buy our stupid house.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!

NO---I didn't go take a picture of someone else's Help U Sell sign. This is the one in our front yard!!! We had an open house on Sunday and had an offer within an hour of it's ending. Contracts are signed and we are just waiting on their home inspection and them securing a mortgage. Best yet is that we found them so we get a huge break on real estate commission! They are not in a big hurry to get in either, so we can stay here until our other place is done. We are soooo relieved!

HEY BRIDGETTE-----I had to share this with you. The SECOND THING (schools were the first) the buyer commented about was how nice it was that the house was painted a "nice, neutral color". I had to laugh considering the conversation we had at your house on Saturday!

Anyway, keep your fingers crossed that we don't run into any snags from here!

Whole lotta nuthin goin' on

For those faithful ones who check on my blog, I again apologize for not keeping up....but there's hasn't been a whole lot going on.
I am one week shy of 6 months preggars and have gained 11 lbs (I don't know what I gained with JIll, gained 19 with Jen, 6 with Nate)....Doctor says no biggie. I don't really care since eating is one of the few ways I can relieve my ickies....
been dealing with sick kids with some sort of flu bug AGAIN! I, then, of course HAD to get it.
No luck selling our house and are currently a few grand from giving it away....the builders are taking their time with the new one (trying to buy us some time)....
less than 25 days left of the school year (whoo, hoo). Season Finales are next week (boo, hoo).
Nothing more for now...but I'll keep ya posted should something come up!
