Spoiled? Without a doubt! The kids definitely make out like bandits (we don't do too shabby either!)....None of Nolan here...he napped through the entire ordeal! I really must get better about taking pictures of everyone...I find that I only take pictures of the kids!

Sears portraits taken for Jen & Nate's birthday. Had them take one of the group just because it's been awhile. Nolan is afraid of anything or place new, so it isn't the easiest task to get a picture with him, but still we got something!

I saw on a photography message board some people doing this and wanted to try. I definitely need to practice and figure out my camera settings, but a few did turn out kind of cute.

Getting There!

Nolan has been cruising the furniture for awhile, but has been too chicken to go hands-free. This past week he has gotten braver, but will only do it if he is trying to get to me. I never thought that he'd take this long to walk...Jenna was my latest walker at 13 months, but he beat that...14 months and still not really taking off...He loves trying, laughing all the way! Sorry that it is dark, but I used my digital camera and the lighting in my living room sucks!

Bifocals

Yep, another change for Jenna Mae. We picked up her BIFOCALS yesterday. They are cute, but it is difficult for me to accept. I hope that these correct her vision like her doctor said they would! I just never pictured a 5 year old with bifocals!

Happy Birthday Jenna and Nathan

The day after Halloween, we celebrated Jen's 5th birthday and Nate's 3rd with another Halloween themed day. Not to disappoint, Bud and I stuck with the theme. I, of course, am the Wicked the Witch of the WEst, while Bud is one of the trees who threw apples at Dorothy and the Scarecrow right before they found the Tin Man. The kids had an enjoyable day with friends and food! The highlight of Jenna's day was the jar of pickles Aunt Sandy bought her!!!

TRICK OR TREAT

We're off to see the Wizard! Lions, tigers, and bears, OH MY, If I only had a brain, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain, I'll get you my pretty! I'm melting, melting....No matter what your fondest Wizard of Oz memory is, these four will likely replace it! I thought these guys were too cute (and so did most of our neighborhood!) Cousins Megan and Ethan came trick or treating with us this year again, and once again the kids made out like bandits!

Pumpkin Time

Yeah, so Nolan hated the pumpkins this year, so no cool pumpkin scrapbook pages for him! I tried to get a few of the other kids, but I think I tried too hard because I just didn't get a shot that I really loved. Oh well...the finished carvings are here too....notice the theme???
